 Mission4Maureen would like to acknowledge the thoughtfulness of Christine Lahrman. Christine’s husband Charles was an M4M grantee who recently passed away. Christine decided to donate the remainder of their financial award and added her own donation in order to purchase McDonald’s gift cards for Mission4Maureen pediatric recipients.
During his illness and treatment, Charles came to miss the simple treats like having a McDonald’s meal every now and then. Christine thought that it would be nice to treat the children to a “happy meal.”
