Message to Applicants
Brain tumor patients from all 50 states across the USA may apply.
Once your application is submitted, (if approved) you will receive an email letter within 4-6 weeks depending on the time of year and available funds.
In order to submit an application you must have the following available:
– an email address
– digital photo of yourself or your family (to be uploaded – see examples of suitable photos mission4maureen.org/
– a copy of your pathology/MRI report (to be uploaded – NOT an image/scan of a brain tumor or scar and not a doctor’s letter or a hospital visit summary, but a hospital MRI or pathology report that clearly shows your name, brain tumor diagnosis and identifies the hospital.)
The Board has no way of knowing you except through this application. Therefore, we request that you provide basic personal and financial information and that you tell us your “story” so that we might better understand your need for our assistance.
Mission4Maureen has redesigned the application procedure in order to reduce costs and to potentially speed up the application verification and review process.
Please note: Mission4Maureen provides assistance by paying bills on behalf of qualified patients and their families.
Examples of bills we have paid are: rent, mortgage, electric, gas, phone, car payments, insurance, taxes, doctor bills, hospital bills, credit cards, loans and more!
Please note that if approved, you will be contacted through the email address that you provide in the application and bills submitted for payment must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applications submitted WITHOUT the required elements WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
